I am thinking of ordering some bars w/ my next order, possibly the chocolate ones. I have to order an entire box though, just wanted some input on what your favorite flavors are?

Without a doubt, hands down, no question, it's the Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars.

Why do you have to order a whole box? We are able to buy ours individually. If you could do that, you can sample several.

NOT SURE, I DON'T GO TO MEETINGS. I JUST GET FOOD DELIVERY AT HOME. THAT IS THE ONLY ORDER OPTION I GET. I BOX OF 24. IT NOT PRICED TO BAD FOR 24, BUT I DONT REALLY WANT TO ORDER A BOX THAT I DON'T LIKE.

FYI Bars are sold individually at the sites of HMR programs. If you get home delivery, bars are sold by the box only.
If you live near an HMR program site, go by and buy each of the 4 bars to determine which you like the most.
There are several great receipes on this site using Benefit Bars.

My favorite is the Peanut Butter. It is also a clinic favorite with our patients (former and current) as they buy far more of those than any of the other flavors. However, all are tasty!!

Honey Graham is my favoriate as a bar. Peanut butter is a close second and works great added to a mousse.

My health educator says to only have a bar when you really need it. They shouldn't be apart of your every day routine. They have 150-160 calories and that is a lot and you get more nutrition in the shakes so it is better to have a shake or a fruit instead of a bar. You have to order a box of them because they can't sell them individually from the warehouse or the manufacturer. A whole box of bars is a lot and would take me so long to eat that it wouldn't be worth it to have that many of them. I barely eat 1-3 a week let alone a whole box of them. I am about to stop ordering them all together for they are not worth it for me and on the market is other less caloric bars. My health educator told me to just have a fruit instead for you can eat a lot more fruit then you can a little bar for the same calories. Think of that before you buy a whole box of them. Here is a link to a blog on this site you might want to read before you buy a whole box of bars.

Chocolate Peanut Butter bars are my favorite!
Quite a few people in my classes will cut them up in small pieces and freeze them only eating a piece once in a while when they get a craving for something sweet
Its a great way to enjoy them but not become too dependent on them!
