My Physical Activity Accomplishments
My Physical Activity Accomplishments: My husband is a triathlete, so I had to get active just to be able to see him! I signed us up for the RAGBRAI (week-long, 450 mile bike ride across Iowa), and the requirement to train for that got me into gear. Since RAGBRAI, I've signed up for other events in order to continue to have a PA goal (otherwise I don't get off the couch).
My Hobbies
My Hobbies: I love playing softball and knitting. I also really like hiking and biking with my husband. And I adore watching TV, as the Leah-sized dent in the couch would indicate.
