I have been running lately as the biggest part of my PA. I am going to run in a 5K this Saturday. My goal is to finish in under 35 minutes. Hope there aren't too many hills!

Good luck Keith, I am sure you will blow your goal away. Be proud that you are out and about when the rest of the world might not have waken up yet. Let us know how you do.

When I walked up to the event one of the Lexington Ky HMR Clinic folks was working the race. They're everywhere

That was me! Yep, we're everywhere...we take shifts. And I didn't see you eat one thing out of the box the whole time - LOL!! Seriously, it was awesome to see you there and to see your family at the finish line, cheering your accomplishment!! Go Keith!!

Great job, Keith! have you got race fever now? That's a condition runners get when they're always planning their next race.

I have signed up for one race at the end of April ans another at the end of May... 5K is plenty for me right now I told my bud the other day that running is addictive... I had heard people say that before and laughed. Now I just want it to translate to big weight loss!
Gotta go... Getting in 3 more miles tonight.

i just ran my first 5K today for the first time in 3 years! in the rain no less, but it was really fun and even though my time wasn't so hot (36 minutes!) I was still proud to get through it. next stop, 10k!
