We went on our annual camping trip and I planned properly, knowing we would be gone for over a week, I went to an additional meeting the week prior to our leaving and bought enough extra food to insure success. I also planned my meals and snacks for the entire trip and made minor adjustments as necessary and I was amazed how well I did.

In addition, I was able to be much more active than in past years because of my weight loss and enjoyed hiking and playing with my grand kids.

At the next meeting after our return I weighed in with an 11 pound loss!
