I am a Disabled Veteran that had to undergo many surgeries on my feet & ankles. The inactivity and use of prescription steroids, turned me to a 204 pound unhealthy human wasting away. Part of the issue was the surgeries took seven years and had to be done in parts. No weight bearing made my activities that much more less.

I am 56 and have been with HMR since you opened and started out with the 500 shake. Used it back then as a meal replacement. I saw the differences in blood pressure, which shot up, and everything else we monitor went up, you name it. I was a heart attack waiting to happen. I realized I was in trouble and got myself motivated and got back to the HMR and gym for just very light body work out, upper body only. I later moved to California from Virginia, and placed my late wife on the product and have been on it since.

I stay now at 149 pounds. When I went to the VA after looking at my blood work, the doctor said, "what ever you are doing keep it up." I am off of cholesterol medicine, all blood pressure, all the medical issues and numbers that the doctor warns all of us about went down.

The difference in my weight also has changed my chronic condition to a better pain level as my ankles and feet have that much less weight to carry. I can tell the difference. I feel better physically and mentally. I get around much easier and had huge impact at the VA with my weight loss.

Family and friends just can't believe the difference in my appearance and mental outlook and not a perfect physical condition as once again I am a Disabled Veteran, but much better. I have motivated some of my friends to try your dynamic products and they too are starting to lose.

It is not hard, but does take commitment and at most 10 minutes of a walk three times a day to start off with. Of course, I would see a physician before going into any program and exercise. Most doctors will not have issue with shedding pounds, but can give you sound guidance for your exercise to start off with, without creating health issues. The heavier one is, it is a matter of starting with an exercise program that the doctor can match up with your currant weight and health without any injuries. Thanks so much, Jerry
