I have lost 41 pounds but more importantly I'm off of my diabetes medicine, high blood pressure medicine and High Cholesterol medicine. And I feel fantastic. I only have a few more pounds until goal then the big challenge of keeping it off, but I feel confident I can through Phase 2.

I've got to my goal weight and have been on phase 2 for 4 weeks now and lost a few more pounds for a total so far of 48.
