After seeing a couple of friends successfully use the program I started in January 2011 my original goal was to lose 50lbs however the program was so easy as I approached my goal I changed it to 60lbs which I hit around Mid June 2011. Because the Healthy Solution plan allows the use of fruits and vegetables along with shakes, entrees and cereal which gave me plenty of options I went from Jan 17 to May 27 completely In the Box. However that first meal consisted of a Lean Protein. (in reality I was still on the plan). It has been a great decision for me and expect what I've learned will help me maintain a healthy weight.
