Total Weight Loss: 90 lbs.
Hometown: VA
Favorite HMR Product: I make cookies from the shake and cereal mix, I firmly believe that food should be chewed, not drunk!
Stroganoff with sauteed portabella mushrooms, spinach and garlic.
A BFS with Chilli or Chicken Parm.
Pretty much everything BUT the Mushroom Risotto.
I started in March of 2011, as of the beginning of September 2011 I've lost 90lbs. I will endeavor not to find it again.
I was 335lbs and set a goal (seemed unreasonable at the start) that when I got to 250lbs or under I would get to go to Ruth's Chris for a steak. So every time I was tempted to go out of the box I thought about Ruth's Chris and said to myself "It's not Ruth's Chris, not worth it!" So it was easier to resist all the fast food (Taco Bell is a real weakness) and other OOTB nibbles that tempted me. When I got close to 250lbs I was very excited. When I weighed in at 249lbs I went to Ruth's Chris that evening. It was worth the wait! Man that was good!
I am now setting new goals and doing new things. I have a 5k run to do soon. And more weight goal/rewards to do.
I NEVER thought I'd be setting weight goals this low, but I'm working with Mariah (my HMR coach) and I'm beginning to believe that maybe I could get down to say, 220lbs, maybe lower. We'll see...
Oh, and it's a DURING picture, I gotta update to the "After" when I get to the ultimate goal!
