It has changed my life completely. I have been overweight all my life. As a child I was always chunky. Now I know my goal CAN be a reality, I am 20 lbs. away from my goal and may even surpass it. I have learned to eat healthy & it is not difficult at all. It is so much easier than I thought. I had serious doubts when I first started and now I know I can reach my goal and keep the weight off. I am so glad I finally found a program that works for me and highly recommend it to anyone who has tried the other programs with no success.
