HMR has totally changed my life. I am so much happier and healthier now. I really believe I was very close to ending up in a wheelchair. My breathing was very bad and I had no tolerance for heat or walking. I could not make it from one end of the mall to the other without sitting to rest. I now love to shop. I walk every day and actually enjoy being outside and active. My family and friends are very proud and supportive. Thank you HMR!
