I use to weight 325 pounds.... when i enter the hmr diet program i started at 284 pounds now im 237 pounds and keep getting pounds off with the HMR DIET I feel better, look better and my family and me are enjoying it because now i can do better things than before and I'm still keep going I am so proud of my self, my health has improved alot. I had lupus, fibromyalgia, epilepsy and neuropathy and back problems from a severe injury. I'm feeling much much better with my weight loss. And soon I visualize me going camping and doing hiking, etc...
