I eat constantly. It's on my mind when I wake up...what will I eat today? How do I not gain weight? Phase 2 has been tough for me. But I'm plugging away. Today I'm having just a meal replacement day to shake things up for me. So far, I've had 4 shakes, 4 benefit bars, 1 oatmeal and 1 entree. And believe me, I am not done eating! I always laugh to myself in my classes when people talk about how full they get on HMR. Well, I never seem to get full. I just eat all the time. But am still losing. Anybody else have this "problem?" I think I'd rather eat 2000 calories a day in HMR products than 2000 or more calories in unhealthy food.

Me too! I'm only in Phase 1, but some of the ladies in the meeting talk about how it is so hard to get their minimums down, and I'm just sitting their thinking about my after class entree! (;

I start to feel guilty for eating soooo many meal replacements, but since I have decent weightloss numbers, I'm okay with it! (;

I know what you mean! I'm always eating! I never have a problem getting my minimums in. When I went to phase 2, the weight loss just stopped, and I can eat anything I see. I like phase 1 better, because it's no decision! lol Hmm...what entree should I have for dinner???

I have a large appetite as well and could easily have 10-12 MR's a day when I was on decision free. But it's such a great feeling to know that you can eat till satiety and still lose weight! What a relief right?

Ladies, we are ALL eaters!!! The beauty of the MRs and Shakes especially is that you will have to eat a TON of them to make up your maintenance weight. In other words when I weighted 280 I would have needed to consume just over 14 shakes (800s) just to maintain that weight. Put even a little exercise with that... and you are still losing weight! Do what you need to do to keep your weight loss!! Don't feel or let a 'concerned' family make you feel..., guilty!!!

How do you afford to eat so many extras? I am looking in my pantry and freaking out because, I only have 6 entrees left and my shipment is 3 days out and I haven't eaten any extras. I am also leaving town tomorrow for 4 days and don't have enough last me while I am gone. My shipment doesn't come before I leave and I am not sure what to do other then go and buy some extras to take with me but,they are so expensive and I am already stretching my fold budget way out of proportion as it is.
