I eat constantly. It's on my mind when I wake up...what will I eat today? How do I not gain weight? Phase 2 has been tough for me. But I'm plugging away. Today I'm having just a meal replacement day to shake things up for me. So far, I've had 4 shakes, 4 benefit bars, 1 oatmeal and 1 entree. And believe me, I am not done eating! I always laugh to myself in my classes when people talk about how full they get on HMR. Well, I never seem to get full. I just eat all the time. But am still losing. Anybody else have this "problem?" I think I'd rather eat 2000 calories a day in HMR products than 2000 or more calories in unhealthy food.
