Downloaded Monday, using it on droid, very simple and straight forward. The only thing it is missing is an accounting for water intake and ability to to do "water math". Version 2 update, perhaps?

Claudia,

With this version you can use the notes section to track anything additional that you want, so you can record your water intake there as you go each day.

When you go to the weekly tab, and turn your phone to the landscape view, you can tap on the note icon for each day to see your water intake for the week.

Our Nutritionist, Karen, told us about the app and we did it after class last night. It's great. Just needs to have an spot for water intake area. Great app though. Thanks to the people who developed it.

I like the app as well! However there are not enough spaces allowed in the email section for my health educators email address. Keith, could you have them add a few more spaces? Also, as requested before, a place to record proteins and grains for phase 2 people would be nice. Kudos for the App!!!

Hey there DietNoMore.

Thanks for your comments about the length-of-email-address limitation. I've spoken with our IT guys, and it's on our list of fixes on the next release.

Meanwhile, try creating a contact in your address book. Make the contact name < 30 characters (the actual address can be longer). When you get the app e-mail, hit the address book and select your HE's contact.

That should work

Keith,

Just an addendum to your comment below. It doesn't matter how many characters the contact label has on your iPhone or Android device. Just make sure it is descriptive enough for you to remember that it is your coach. Also, a quick tip might be to name the contact something like "A-Coach Erich" that way it shows up at the beginning of your contact list for easy locating.

Great new tool especially for Phase One. For Phase Two I suggest another block for proteins and grains. In the future, I hope they add search for foods with calorie count-Phase Two needs this. In the mean time, I'll continue to record manualy, use "Lose It" for calorie count and HMR for weekly report. I hope my brain can keep this straight!! Ha-I'm very grateful for the App and will promote its use to others!!

I just started the program this week and I love the app. Makes it so easy to have it all at my hands.

Regarding water intake - until that is available through the HMR app, try this app. I use it and it really helps with my water intake: the app is called "Daily Water"

Hi everyone. I'm enjoying the convenience of an app, so thanks for developing one. However, I can't for the life of me figure out how to send to my HE. Help? I'm on Android.

From the weekly summary screen, there is an icon of an envelope with wings. If you click on that, you can click on the app you want to use to send the email (I use gmail). When you set up the program, you should have entered your coach's email address along with class details. You'll see the summary appear and have the option of adding a message. I believe there is one final check mark on which to click, and off it goes.

Keith,
What's the best way to give feedback on the App it does need a few things to make it easier to use like 1/2 bars, water and a way to indicate meeting F/V when you're transitioning. I started using the "Healthy Solutions" plan to transition, but because I'm only eating 4 F/V this week, the Met Min Rx doesn't work right.

Look in Setings --> About - you'll see a 'support/suggest new features' e-mail

Is there a way to delete a physical activity I entered on the wrong day?

Look at the top of the screen and you'll see today's date. The < and > symbols on either side of the date moves you 1 day forward or backward.

When you tap and hold on a physical activity you entered, a dialogue box will pop up asking if you want to delete the activity. Hope this helps!

Hello,

I've emailed the developer email regarding my issue but figured I'd try asking you as well. I have a Samsung Galaxy 7S Edge Android version 7.0. I can open the HMR app fine, however when I go to Settings and click on the "Group & Email" set up the app abruptly stops, preventing me from sending my midweek and end-of-week data directly to my HMR health coach. Is there a way to fix this? Any feedback is welcome. Thanks!

E-mailing support at HSAHsupport@hmrboston.com was the best way to get an answer about this. They should be in touch soon

Just downloaded itunes HMR app. Cannot log in. No matter how many times I change my password, I keep getting error: Authentication failed. Does my leader need to add me to an approved user listing of some kind?
