Getting Organized

  • Pick a start date that makes sense. It’s important for your first week on the diet to go well. More than any other week, sticking to the diet the first week needs to be your main priority.
  • Set up a blender for your shakes and smoothies at home and at work, if possible.
  • Shop for your fruits, vegetables, low calorie condiments and add-ins (if they're part of your diet plan). You want these foods (along with your shakes and entrees) to be within easy reach wherever you are during the day.
